Porcelain Veneers, Crowns & Bridges

Porcelain Veneers

Dental veneers are a form of cosmetic dentistry in which a shell or layer of tooth-coloured porcelain or composite is placed over the facial surfaces of your teeth to correct worn tooth enamel, uneven tooth alignment or spacing, discoloration and chips and cracks.

Although fundamentally cosmetic, they also protect the surface of damaged teeth and may eliminate the need for more extensive treatments. Other benefits of veneers include durability and the need for little removal of tooth structure compared to crowns.

Dental crowns can repair extensively decayed or damaged teeth. They can be made of gold metals, silver metals, porcelain or a combination of porcelain and metal.

Dental bridges replace missing teeth with artificial replacements that are anchored to surrounding teeth.  These are permanent fixtures that cannot be taken out.
